As the battle of the new console generation was underway, the little hyrbid consoles outsold both during the holiday season. Sony's new PlayStation 5 and Microsoft's Xbox Series S|X launched in mid-November and Nintendo Switch outsold both during the November sales.
A new study suggests that the online experiences a player gets through social connection with others and those who gained enjoyment from playing were more likely to report experiencing positive wellbeing. In fact, the actual amount of time a player invests in games and could really benefit the well-being of players.
The PlayStation 5 is now rumored to release mid-November this year, with a $499 price tag for the Disc version and $399 for the Digital version of the console. It will release first in Japan on the 14th and on the 20th for the rest of the world. The date is very close to the official release date of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War which releases on the 13th of November this year.Â

The Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone Season 4 release date has been officially confirmed. Backing up earlier reports, Season 4 will launch on June 10 in the US, and the early morning of June 11 for fans playing in Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire.
